All sessions begin at 6pm at the Love & Light Healing Studio
Group Reiki Healing sessions are held at Love & Light Healing Studio located at 5 Legacy Drive in Moosup.
Hammocks are made of silk and suspended from the ceiling creating a floating sensation.
Each hammock has a weight limit of 400 pounds.
The room temperature is chilly; it is suggested to dress warm, wear socks and bring a blanket.
Feel free to bring a small pillow.
Each session begins with an intention, breath work, meditation and healing frequency music.
As a Reiki Practitioner, I will be channeling the healing energy to the group and I will also be directing it to each person individually. During the session, it is common to experience a deep relaxation and even sleep, peacefulness and calm.
It is said that a 1 hour energy healing is the equivalent of 4 hours of deep sleep.
After the session it is advisable to reflect and journal about your experience and drink water to cleanse the body.
The approximate time of the session is 45-50 minutes
